Gene expression scales proportionally to whole chromosome copy number in chromosomally unstable CSCs

Gene expression across large genomic regions shows a proportional relationship to whole chromosome copy number in chromosomally unstable cancer stem cells. This scaling relationship indicates that transcriptional levels directly correspond to the underlying chromosomal copy number alterations present in these cells. [@zhao_single-cell_2019]
