AneuFinder enables automated quantification of copy number heterogeneity

AneuFinder is a newly developed bioinformatic tool that allows fully automated annotation of copy number changes and quantification of copy number variation heterogeneity between individual cells from single-cell sequencing data. This tool enables systematic analysis of intratumor karyotype heterogeneity that would be obscured by traditional bulk measurement approaches. [@bakker_single-cell_2016]
