Array CGH detects segmental deletions smaller than 34 Mb

Mar 31, 20261 min read

The single-cell array CGH method demonstrated the ability to detect segmental deletions as small as 34 Mb in chromosomal DNA. This represents high-resolution detection capability for chromosomal copy-number variations at the single-cell level. [@le_caignec_single-cell_2006]
